Sellers Required Documents

  • Drivers License.
  • Original Finance Contract, Lease or Payment Book.
  • Copy of Insurance Binder or Insurance Card.
  • Power of Attorney signed.
  • Executed Vehicle Use Agreement.
  • Signed Inspection Report reflecting current condition.
  • Signed GPS Tracking Installation waiver.
  • Automobile Registration.
  • Sellers current Contact Information (Sellers Information Form)
  • Request to change mailing address for Insurance & Finance Company to Attorneys office

Buyers Required Documents

  • Drivers License.
  • Proof Of income (Last two bank statements).
  • Proof Of Residency.
  • Signed Escrow Agreement for initial deposit to hold vehicle.
  • Complete the buyers pre-qualification form.
  • Copy of Insurance Binder or Insurance Card.
  • Signed Vehicle Inspection Report.
  • Signed Inspection Report reflecting current condition.
  • Signed GPS Tracking Installation waiver.
  • Signed Vehicle Usage Agreement (VUA).

Upon delivery buyer must present cash or cash deposit into the Attorney Escrow account. All wires required a 48hr hold.
